If your organisation manages proxy settings centrally, follow your IT administrator's guidance instead of changing local settings.
- Open Settings
- Go to Network & Internet → Proxy
- If using Automatic proxy setup, turn on Automatically detect settings and Use setup script, then enter the script address provided by your IT administrator
- If using Manual proxy setup, turn on Use a proxy server, then enter the server address and port details provided by your IT administrator

Multi-instances of our software
Only one licence seat is consumed and shared between multi-instances of our software on the same computer per user.
One machine only
This sharing applies only on the same computer for the same user. It does not cover two computers or different users on one machine.
This does not apply to running the software on two separate computers or by different users on the same computer.
When a user uses our software on a computer in the ways below, only one licence seat is consumed and shared between these instances on that computer:
- Runs two SIDRA INTERSECTION instances, or
- Runs a SIDRA INTERSECTION instance and a SIDRA API instance (e.g., the VOLUMES Utility), or
- Runs a SIDRA INTERSECTION instance from different versions (e.g., SI-9 and SI-10)
If one instance is closed, the licence seat will not be released. When all relevant instances are closed, the licence seat will be released.
